Doing that with separate bottles or dry salts means a schedule and a scale. An all-in-one puts everything in one bottle at ratios that work for the great majority of tanks.<\/p>\n<p>Chelated iron (as EDTA and DTPA) stays available across a wide pH range, which is what actually determines whether red plants colour up.<\/p>\n<h4>Dosage<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Low light, no CO2: 2 ml per 40 litres, twice weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Medium light, no CO2: 3 ml per 40 litres, three times weekly.<\/li>\n<li>High light with CO2: 3 ml per 40 litres daily.<\/li>\n<li>Dose after the weekly water change, with the lights on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Contains<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Nitrogen (as nitrate), phosphorus (as phosphate), potassium<\/li>\n<li>Iron chelated with EDTA and DTPA<\/li>\n<li>Magnesium, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, molybdenum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Shrimp tanks<\/h4>\n<p>Safe at the stated dose.
