Rosette plants &#8211; amazon swords, cryptocorynes, vallisneria &#8211; feed mainly through their roots, and in inert gravel or sand they slowly starve no matter how much liquid you dose. Root tabs solve that directly.<\/p>\n<p>Each capsule releases nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and iron into the substrate over roughly three months.<\/p>\n<h4>Usage<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Push one tab 3 &#8211; 4 cm into the substrate, 5 cm from the plant crown.<\/li>\n<li>One tab per large rosette plant, or one every 15 cm across a planted area.<\/li>\n<li>Replace every three months.<\/li>\n<li>Not needed in fresh aquasoil for the first year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Note<\/h4>\n<p>Push the tab fully into the substrate.
