Before you message about stock
Tell us four things up front and we can answer in one reply instead of six:
- Tank dimensions, or the space you want to fill
- What light you are running, and for how many hours
- Whether you inject CO2
- What is already in the tank
Enquiring about a glass garden or aquascape
Send a photo of the space and rough dimensions. We will come back with what is achievable, what it will cost, and how much maintenance it will need. Site visits are available all over tamil nadu.
Order and delivery queries
Quote your order number, which is in your confirmation email and on your account page. Dispatch confirmation and courier tracking are sent to the email and mobile number on the order.
