These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with AquaBloom GlassGarden, [ADD REGISTERED ADDRESS], GSTIN [ADD GSTIN]. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. We may decline an order – and refund it in full – if stock is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if in our judgement the livestock ordered is unsuitable for the tank described. Livestock is a living animal and we reserve the right to refuse a sale on welfare grounds.
2. Pricing and GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. Live ornamental fish and aquatic plants are nil rated. Fish food, medication and water treatments are at 5%. Equipment, hardscape and services are at 18%. A tax invoice is issued with every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you need a business invoice for input credit.
3. Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI through Razorpay, plus direct bank transfer by NEFT, IMPS or UPI. Cash on Delivery is available on dry goods within Chennai and Tamil Nadu, subject to a Rs. 40 handling fee, and is never available on live stock. Card details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
4. Livestock – health and suitability
All livestock is quarantined and observed before sale, but we cannot warrant that an animal is free of every pathogen. You are responsible for quarantining new arrivals before adding them to an established display, and for confirming compatibility with your existing stock, water parameters and tank volume. Sizes quoted are approximate and animals grow.
5. Natural products
Driftwood, rock and plants are natural and vary in size, shape and colour from the photographs shown. Photographs of livestock are representative of the species and grade, not of the individual animal, except where we send you a photograph of the specific fish before dispatch.
6. Shipping and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier. Our liability for delay is limited to the shipping charge paid. The live arrival guarantee set out in our Returns and Refunds policy is the sole remedy for transit losses of live stock.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for consequential loss, including loss of other livestock in your aquarium, equipment damage, or loss of profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Advice
Care guidance on this site and given by our staff is offered in good faith and is general in nature. Aquarium keeping involves variables we cannot see. Following our advice does not guarantee an outcome.
9. Services
Service prices assume tanks up to 4 ft and locations within 40 km of Chennai. Larger or more distant work is quoted after a site visit, and we will confirm any additional charge with you before carrying out the work. Access to the site and to power and water is your responsibility.

Text, photographs and care guides on this site belong to AquaBloom GlassGarden. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
