An aquarium needs an hour of attention a week. Most people manage that for two months and then the tank slides. A maintenance plan puts a trained technician on a schedule so the tank stays at week-one condition indefinitely.

Every visit includes

• 25 – 40% water change with dechlorinated, temperature-matched water
• Substrate vacuuming and detritus removal
• Filter servicing – mechanical media rinsed in tank water, biological media left intact
• Glass cleaned inside and out, algae removed from hardscape
• Water tested for pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate; results logged and shared
• Plant trimming, replanting of trimmings and removal of dead leaves
• Equipment check – heater, filter flow, lighting timer, CO2 levels
• Written condition report after each visit

Plans

• One-time visit. A deep clean and reset. Useful for a tank that has been neglected, or before an event.
• Monthly. One visit a month. Suits lightly stocked, well-planted tanks.
• Quarterly. Four visits over a year, billed once. Suits large, low-stocked or heavily planted systems.
• Annual AMC. Fortnightly visits for twelve months, priority callouts, and consumables included. This is what we recommend for reef systems and for any tank in a commercial space.

Tamil Nadu, with scheduled visits within 60 km of our workshop. Pricing shown is for tanks up to 4 ft. Larger systems, sumps and reef tanks are quoted after a site visit – contact us and we will confirm before charging anything extra.
